To work with AndPower, you must meet the following requirements:
Apprenticeship or Journeyman Status – IBEW-approved apprenticeship completion or valid journeyman certification.
Class A CDL – With air brake endorsement for operating heavy trucks and equipment.
OSHA & Safety Certifications – OSHA 10/30, First Aid/CPR, and other required industry credentials.
Climbing & Rigging Skills – Experience working at heights and handling rigging equipment.
Union Membership – Must be a current IBEW member or willing to join.
